Five new tenants will open at The Plaza Coral Gables mixed-use development.

Italian restaurant Zuccaly leased 5,800 square feet; dining and entertainment venue Pinstripes, which offers bowling, leased 29,200 square feet; and boxing and strength training gym Rumble leased 2,700 square feet, according to a spokesperson for The Plaza Coral Gables. The three tenants will open in the fourth quarter.

Also, San Lorenzo Gelato will open in a 1,500-square-foot space in the third quarter, and Iconik Koffee will open in a 674-square-foot space next year.

The leases come on the heels of other tenant openings at The Plaza Coral Gables this year.

In June, barbershop ManCave For Men opened in a 1,300-square-foot space, after The Lash Lounge and Silver Mirror Facial Bar opened in January, according to the spokesperson.

Agave Holdings, the real estate arm of tequila brand Jose Cuervo’s Beckmann family, developed The Plaza Coral Gables. The 7-acre complex spans 2.3 million square feet on the southeast corner of Ponce de Leon Boulevard and Sevilla Avenue in Coral Gables. It includes a 242-key hotel, two office buildings, 174 apartments and over 160,000 square feet of retail.
