Bravo’s Andy Cohen introduced the newest cast member to join “Real Housewives of Miami:” developer Stephanie Shojaee, president of Shoma Group.
Shojaee, who is married to Masoud Shojaee, co-founder of Coral Gables-based Shoma, joined the reality TV show after Dr. Nicole Martin announced she would not be returning this upcoming season.
Shojaee has teased the news in recent weeks, revealing on her Instagram account that she dropped big news to her all-women staff, but not disclosing what the news was.
The Shoma Group executive said her fellow housewives, and people in general, think she’s bossy “but it’s because I’m the president of a real estate development company,” she said after Cohen announced she is joining the show.
“I am a small but mighty Colombiana,” she said. She was promoted to president of her husband’s firm in 2022.
Shojaee’s addition to the reality show was announced at Bravo Fan Fest, which was held in Miami’s Wynwood on Saturday. She’s been spotted filming with other cast members, including her friend Larsa Pippen.
In a statement provided to The Real Deal, Shojaee called it a “thrilling opportunity.” But she said, “my role as President of Shoma Group remains my top priority.”
Other cast members include Lisa Hochstein, Alexia Nepola, Guerdy Abraira, Julia Lemigova, Adriana de Moura, Marysol Patton, Kiki Barth and Pippen.
Shojaee, who is known to speak her mind to her more than half a million followers online, is a feisty addition to the group.

In a lawsuit filed last year, Masoud Shojaee’s ex-wife, Maria Lamas, and daughters Anelise Shojaee and Lilibet Shojaee, accused Stephanie Shojaee of defaming them when she discussed her career and romance with Masoud Shojaee during a podcast interview nearly two years ago. Masoud Shojaee has been tied up in litigation with his daughters for years.
Shoma’s pipeline of residential and commercial projects include Shoma One, a two-tower rental apartment project planned near Coral Gables along U.S. 1; and Shoma Bay, a condo project in North Bay Village.
