Sean Hannity officially moved to Florida earlier this year, announcing his arrival while denouncing New York in a radio broadcast: “I am out. I am done. I’m finished.”

Now, the Fox News host is buying himself a little more space and a waterfront view in Manalapan. Records show the 1840 South Ocean Boulevard Trust bought the mansion at 1840 South Ocean Boulevard from an LLC named for the address. The buying entity’s trustees are Hannity’s longtime attorneys, Christopher Reeves and Jay Sekulow, and William G. Lako, Jr., managing director of Henssler Financial. The Wall Street Journal first reported Hannity’s involvement in the deal.

Hannity launched a longform interview program, “Sean” on Fox Nation on Tuesday, beginning with an episode featuring Sylvester Stallone and wife Jennifer Flavin Stallone, who live in nearby Palm Beach at the lakefront mansion they bought for $35.4 million in 2020.

Vince Spadea of Douglas Elliman represented the conservative media star, and fellow Elliman agents Gary Pohrer and Nick Malinosky had the listing.

The identity of the seller was hidden. Local attorney Maura Ziska signed on behalf of the LLC.

The property last sold for $18 million in 2021, records show. The 12,000-square-foot mansion was built on 1.9 acres in 1990, and has eight bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, one half-bathroom, the listing and records show. The estate spans from the Atlantic Ocean to the Intracoastal Waterway, with 150 feet of waterfront on either side. It is split by State Road A1A, with the main house, a pool and a dock on the Intracoastal side of the compound, and a one-bedroom beach house on the ocean side.

The seller renovated the estate, records show. It was listed for $29 million in February, according to Realtor.com.

This is not Hannity’s first South Florida real estate purchase. The political commentator bought an oceanfront townhouse in Palm Beach for $5.3 million in 2021, and won approval for an addition to the unit in 2022. It is not currently on the market.

Palm Beach County, home to Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago Club, is a hub for conservative media and political players. Fellow Fox News host Bret Baier bought a non-waterfront Palm Beach house for $37 million last year, and sold his starter home on the island for $13.5 million in January.

Fox News founder Roger Ailes bought a $36 million Palm Beach house in 2016, the year before his death. The late conservative radio host Rush Limbaugh assembled a sprawling 2.7-acre oceanfront compound in Palm Beach, which beauty heir William Lauder bought for $155 million last year.
