Former model and reality TV star Yolanda Hadid is parting with her Pennsylvania lavender farm.
Hadid, who had a four-season stint on the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” listed her sprawling estate in Bucks County for $10.9 million, the Wall Street Journal first reported.
The Netherlands-born mother of supermodels Gigi and Bella Hadid paid $4 million for the 32-acre property about eight years ago and renovated it. The grounds include a main house, three guest cottages and a barn. It also features lavender fields, a jumping and dressage arena for horses and a meditation labyrinth.
“I probably touched every inch of the farm,” Hadid said of the renovation.
Compass’ Carl Gambino and Revi Haviv of Addison Wolfe Real Estate have the listing.
The property, if sold at its asking price, would rank among the top sales in Bucks County, though it wouldn’t beat the region’s record of just under $13 million, notched when another home sold last year.
Hadid, who was previously married to developer Mohamed Hadid, purchased the farm while she was living in Los Angeles because she wanted a place closer to her children, who were living in New York City, she told the Journal. The estate near New Hope, Pennsylvania, is only about an hour and a half drive from the city. Hadid and her three kids, Gigi, Bella and Anwar, spent most of their time on the property during the pandemic.
Hadid also owns a home in New York and a ranch near Fort Worth, Texas. In 2017, the same year she purchased the farm, Hadid sold her three-bedroom condo at the Carlyle Residences in Westwood for just under $5 million. She bought the unit just two years earlier for $4.6 million.
Bella, who also owns a home in Texas, traded her penthouse in Soho for $6.5 million in 2021, two years after purchasing it from Joe & the Juice founder Kaspar Basse for $6.1 million.
