Silverstein loses insurance ruling

A federal judge ruled Thursday that World Trade Center site leaseholder Larry Silverstein cannot force insurance companies to pay his legal fees related to litigation stemming from September 11. The judge said that all but one of more than a dozen insurance companies used by Silverstein had made it clear in their policies they would not cover the costs. more [Sun]
