Alexis Stewart’s penthouse back on the market

Like those who can’t do, teach, those who can’t sell get Dolly Lenz to do it. The so-called powerbroker has been called in to manage the sale of Alexis Stewart’s 3,884-square-foot duplex penthouse at 27 North Moore Street between Varick and Hudson streets. Stewart, daughter of Martha, originally had the penthouse on the market for $12.4 million in 2007 and 2008, before pulling it this July. Now Lenz, vice chair person with Prudential Douglas Elliman, has the listing back on the market with a slightly elevated price tag: $12.95 million.
