Priciest, cheapest units to hit the market

The priciest Manhattan listing to hit the market this week is a four-bedroom, five-bathroom co-op unit at 800 Park Avenue on the Upper East Side. The apartment, which takes up the entire fifth floor of the building, is listed with Leila Stone of Sotheby’s International Realty of $14 million.

The second priciest listing to come online this week is a 4,162-square-foot condominium unit at 1 Morton Square in the West Village which is asking $12 million or $2,883 per square foot. The unit is listed with Timothy Melzer and Tony Testa of the Corcoran Group.

The third most expensive listing is a four-bedroom, four-bathroom co-op at 1125 Fifth Avenue, asking $11.9 million. The Carnegie Hill property is listed by Mary Hall of Brown Harris Stevens.

The least expensive Manhattan listing to come on the market this week is a 950-square-foot, two-bedroom co-op unit at 30 Bogardus Place in Fort George that’s asking $300,000. The recently renovated property is listed with Carl Ekroth of Prudential Douglas Elliman.

The second least expensive listing this week, also asking $300,000, is a 350-square-foot co-op unit at 438 West 49th Street in Clinton. The renovated one-bedroom unit, which will not become available for move in until April, is listed with Frances Langbecker and Brian Wadlow, also of Elliman.

The third cheapest listing is an 800-square-foot, two-bedroom co-op unit at 101 West 23rd Street in Chelsea that’s listed with Jane Calvin of Corcoran for $315,000. — Katherine Clarke
