Karl Lagerfeld has again taken his 50 Gramercy Park North cond-op off the market, Curbed reported. The most recent asking price for the 2,151-square-foot property, which he purchased in 2006 for $6.8 million, was $4.9 million.

As previously reported, the listing hit the market again recently with a $5.2 million ask in March. It was being marketed by Dolly Lenz of Douglas Elliman. Previously, Wendy Sarasohn of the Corcoran Group had the listing, which came online in July 2011. The initial asking price was $6.5 million. But the price fell to $5.3 million before Lenz picked it up after being off the market for just a couple weeks.

After coming back in March, the home got a 5 percent price chop in May, then another reduction in September, bringing the ask to $4.9 million.

The home has three bedrooms, three bathrooms and one half bathroom. Previous reports said that Lagerfeld actually never moved into the unit. [Curbed]Zachary Kussin
