J-Lo will pay $10M for ultra-private Hamptons home

Jennifer Lopez is set to fork out $10 million on an estate in Southhampton’s Water Mill neighborhood, the New York Post reported.

The Grammy award-winning singer has long been on the prowl for Hamptons digs. The privacy afforded by the 8,659-square-foot summer home – it is set on three acres and lies in a cul-de-sac on Bay Lane – sealed the deal, a source told the Post.

“She was serious about buying this time,” the source said, adding that the price was “a steal.”

The eight-bedroom, seven-bathroom house has a sauna, a theater, a steam room and a pool. The property was listed by the Corcoran Group’s Susan Breitenbach, who the Post could not immediately reach for comment.

The potential to build a guest house for visiting family and staff also set the estate apart, sources told the Post. [NYP] – Hiten Samtani
