The 11,714-square-foot tower, located between 52nd and 53rd streets, will include ground floor retail space and a triplex on the 31st through 33rd floors, according to the permits. Previously, Toll had planned to build 161 rental units.
The architect of record is Goldstein, Hill & West Architects, according to a report from BuzzBuzzHome.
