A penthouse that served as the fictional 1990s-era home of financial criminal Jordan Belfort in the upcoming Martin Scorsese film, “The Wolf of Wall Street,” has hit the market for $6.5 million.
The three-bedroom penthouse condominium at the Milan, located at 300 East 55th Street at Second Avenue, served as a swanky pad belonging to Leonardo DiCaprio’s character in the biopic, due out Dec. 25. It features two fireplaces, green windows, and a 200-square-foot terrace in which a character dangles from the railing in “Wolf.” A recent renovation provided the 31st-floor unit with a modern kitchen and floor-to-ceiling marble bathrooms.
Nestseekers International broker and “Million Dollar Listing New York” star Ryan Serhant has the listing, the New York Daily News reported.
Last month, DiCaprio picked up a unit in the Delos building just south of Union Square at 66 East 11th Street, as previously reported. [NYDN] — Mark Maurer
