Fashion designer Elie Tahari pays $25M for two 15 CPW pads

Combined, the condos feature five bedrooms and 3,300 sf of outdoor space

Fashion designer Elie Tahari acquired two condominium units at the Zeckendorf-developed 15 Central Park West for a combined $25.3 million.

The adjacent ninth-floor apartments, marketed by Brown Harris Stevens broker Kyle Blackmon, were on the market for $29 million. One is a two-bedroom, 1,862-square-foot unit with 1,619 square feet of outdoor space. The other is a three-bedroom, 2,237-square-foot unit with 1,700 square feet of outdoor space.
