Philip Hartman thinks his ex-wife’s two boots are made for walking.
Hartman, the owner of the Two Boots chain of pizzerias, is suing his his ex, Doris Kornish, demanding that she honor a promise he says she made in their 2008 divorce agreement — to sell their five-story, 10,000 foot townhouse at 113 East 2nd Street in the East Village.
Kornish will soon be foreclosed on, the civil suit says. Hartman aims to force her out, then sell the property before the couple loses it.
“It’s my home, my children’s home, and we agreed not to sell the house,” Kornish told the New York Post.
