Actor and budding real estate investor Michael C. Hall is listing his Greenwich Lane apartment for rent just a few weeks after buying it.
Hall, star of “Dexter” and “Six Feet Under,” is asking $15,000 per month to live in his 1,600-square-foot two-bedroom pad, located at 160 West 12th Street in the West Village, the New York Post reported.
The actor bought the unit earlier this month for $4.3 million, just over the $4.2 million ask. The Corcoran Group had the listing.
Evan Danzig of Douglas Elliman is marketing the rental.
Rudin Management’s Greenwich Lane will ultimately consist of 200 condominium units spread among five buildings on West 12 Street, as well as five townhouses.
Hall also recently sold his six-bedroom estate in Los Feliz, CA for $4.85 million. [NYP] – Ariel Stulberg
