A Boerum Hill condo last month was the priciest single-family home in Brooklyn to sell in May, with a price tag of just under $4 million.
The 2,399-square-foot unit at 210 Pacific Street sold for $3.82 million, making it the top sale for last month, according to data provided by PropertyShark. The price falls short of April’s most expensive home sale in the borough, which was a Carroll Gardens townhouse that sold for $4.3 million. Queens also saw a drop, with its most expensive home sale only reaching $2.5 million.
