Foreigner guitarist and founding member Mick Jones continues to reap the fruits of that labor, having just bought a two-bedroom Soho co-op unit for $4.9 million.
The apartment at the Soho Gallery Building at 420 West Broadway – also known as 94 Thompson Street – features direct elevator access, a fireplace and a landscaped terrace, according to the New York Post.
Brown Harris Stevens’ Sophie Ravet and Rachel Glazer had the listing, which most recently asked $5 million, according to StreetEasy. While the deal has yet to hit property records, the Post pointed to loan documents bearing the 71-year-old Jones’ name.
The six-story building at 420 West Broadway, located between Spring and Prince streets, holds nine co-op units and comes with a doorman and private storage units.
