Ex-Facebook president Sean Parker just scooped up a third townhouse to create a mansion on 10th Street in Greenwich Village.

Parker, who also founded Napster, has purchased 36 West 10th Street, the New York Post reported. The home is adjacent to two others he currently owns– 38 West 10th Street and 40 West 10th Street— and he plans to convert the properties into a single-family mansion.

The newest addition wasn’t even on the market yet when Parker stepped in. It’s unclear how much he paid, but the asking price was an estimated $22 million. The home changed hands last year for $14 million. Parker bought 38 West 10th Street in May and has owned 40 West 10th Street since 2010. The latter, a Beaux Arts-style carriage house, “Bacchus House” is a well-known party spot.

To convert the three homes, Parker will need to stick to landmark restrictions, meaning he won’t be able to change the buildings’ facades.
