A restored Brooklyn Heights townhouse was the priciest single-family listing in Brooklyn on the market last month, with a price tag of $14.15 million, more than double the second most expensive listing.
The Greek-revival style home at 15 Willow Street, built in 1834, was on the market in 2014 for $4.5 million, but has since been restored and redesigned by Studio DB, a husband-and-wife design duo on their first spec project.
The next most expensive listing in Brooklyn, also in Brooklyn Heights, is a 2,900-square-foot condominium unit at One Brooklyn Bridge Park, listed for $6.3 million, according to data provided by PropertyShark. In Queens, the top listing is a 3,660-square-foot property in Beechhurst, selling for $5.1 million, and an oceanfront property in Neponsit comes in third at $3.3 million.
