A duplex penthouse in the Time Warner building received its sixth price cut, and is now on the market asking $16 million.
Apartment 54AG at 25 Columbus Circle was relisted Monday, Curbed reported. The condominium, which is split between the building’s 54th and 55th floors, was first asking $50 million in 2013, although StreetEasy shows it debuted for $42.5 million in 2014.
The 3,582-square-foot, four-bedroom apartment is owned by direct marketing mogul and self-made millionaire Cheryl Mercuris. Its asking price has been steadily declining since 2013, the listing shows, and was most recently on the market for $18 million in December.
It’s also bounced from broker to broker, starting first with Douglas Elliman’s [TRDataCustom] Fredrik Eklund and then shifting over to Brown Harris Stevens. It’s now in the hands of Ryan Serhant of Nest Seekers international.
The apartment features 10-foot floor-to-ceiling windows, hardwood floors and views of Central Park. The building amenities include access to One Central Park Club, the Mandarin Hotel spa and pool and a roof deck. [Curbed] — Miriam Hall
