Brooklyn Heights dominated the top home sales in Brooklyn last month, making up five of the top seven sales in the borough during June.
A pair of condominiums in Brooklyn Heights’ Pierhouse complex took the number one and number two spots, with both homes selling for about $6 million, while homes on Cranberry Street,Hicks Street and Pineapple Street in Brooklyn Heights appeared on the list as well. Houses on Congress Street in Cobble Hill And 1st Street in Park Slope were also in Brooklyn’s top seven for June.
A majority of the top sales in Queens during the month of June were in the trendy neighborhoods of Astoria and Long Island City, but the top sale of the month in the borough was a $4 million home on Richmond Road in Little Neck.
