Alec Baldwin seems to be adding to his supply at Devonshire House, having forked out $1.3 million for another pad in the building where he already owns two units.

The sale at 28 East 10th Street was an off-market transaction, Mansion Global reported, citing a source and records filed with the city. The three units Baldwin now owns with his wife Hilaria could possibly be combined into one home, according to the publication.

The following year he paid $2.3 million for a third unit, which he sold two years later at a $150,00 loss, according to the paper.

It is unclear who represented Baldwin or the seller. [Mansion Global]Miriam Hall
