This just in: Journalist Katie Couric is selling her Park Avenue apartment for $8.25 million.
Couric is shedding her 10-room co-op at 1155 Park Avenue, roughly a year after purchasing another condo nearby, the New York Post reported. Couric and her husband, John Molner, bought an apartment at 151 East 78th Street for $12.17 million.
One source told the Post that “Katie raised her family in the Park Avenue apartment,” but “moved last year to a new apartment after she remarried.”
According to the listing, the apartment has “three oversized windows” with views of “Park Avenue’s famous tulip gardens” and the Brick Church. Alexa Lambert, Marc Achilles and Julie Soffen of Stribling have the listing. [NYP] — Kathryn Brenzel
