There were 14 contracts signed last week in Brooklyn’s luxury real estate market, with the top spots going to a pair of $4.5 million deals in Park Slope and Williamsburg.

The 14 homes sold for an average price of slightly more than $3 million and spent an average of 220 days on the market, according to the latest report from Stribling & Associates. The deals had a total listing volume of $42.5 million.

The $4.5 million deal in Park Slope was for a townhouse at 258 Garfield Place. It has six bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and eight fireplaces, and although it is currently a triplex for the owner with a two-bedroom garden apartment, it can convert to a single family as well.

In Williamsburg, the $4.5 million deal was for a townhouse at 83 Grand Street, a five-story, five-bedroom home spanning more than 4,000 square feet with 1,200 square feet of private outdoor space.

Other deals included a condominium at Greenland Forest City Partners’ 550 Vanderbilt Avenue in Prospect Heights for about $2.8 million and a house in Windsor Terrace at 580 Prospect Avenue for about $2.2 million.

The market was slightly more active than a week earlier, when 11 contracts were signed. — Eddie Small
