Borough saw six condo deals, two co-ops and eight townhouses

Brooklyn’s luxury residential market notched 16 contracts at $2 million and above last week, according to Stribling & Associates’ weekly market report.

A townhouse at 177 Warren Street in Cobble Hill recorded the week’s priciest deal with an asking price of $5.95 million. That’s a 14 percent reduction from the asking price of $6.89 million the home had when it hit the market in April, according to StreetEasy.

The townhouse condominium at Slate Property Group and Adam America Real Estate’s 51 Jay Street in Dumbo saw the week’s second-priciest deal, with an asking price of $4.5 million.

The three-story townhouse spans 3,473 square feet and has entrances on both the street and through 51 Jay’s lobby.
