Of the markets where the firm operates, “the one we felt had the most demand and really needed our support, where clients needed us in, was Aspen,” said co-founder Oren Alexander.
Among those joining Official’s slope-side outpost are mother-son duo Leah and Walker Moriarty, Jamay Shook and Peter Grenney, all formerly with Aspen Snowmass Sotheby’s International Realty, and Alain Azizi, previously with Global Real Estate Group.
The new additions will bring all of their listings with them to the firm, according to Official’s co-founder and CEO Richard Jordan. The brokerage is also operating in New York, the Hamptons, Miami, Los Angeles, Orange County and the Bahamas.
The Aspen agents will bring the brokerage’s total headcount to 64, with most of agents concentrated in New York, Miami and Los Angeles.
