These are the top NYC real estate events happening next week

Kick off the middle of October with the 12th annual “Real Estate and Construction Luncheon,” presented by the Police Athletic League (PAL) on Oct. 17 from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at The Plaza Hotel, 770 Fifth Avenue. This year’s event honors Scott Rechler, CEO and chairman of RXR Realty and will include a reception, silent auction and awards ceremony.

Also next week, join the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) as it presents its Member’s Luncheon on Oct. 18 from 11:45 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the New York Hilton Midtown, 1335 Avenue of the Americas. This year’s theme is, “What’s in Store for NYC Retail,” and Michael Goldban of Brookfield Office Properties, Brad Mendelson of Colliers International and Richard Wagman of Madison Capital will give speeches at the event.

Lastly, attend RedinNYC as it presents Real Estate Developers and Family Offices Networking event on Oct. 18 from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. at the Dream Downtown Hotel, PHD Rooftop, 355 West 16th Street. Come for an evening of networking with 600 other industry executives and a fireside chat with Michael Shah of Delshah Capital and Dan Hollander of DHA Capital.
