This week has been busy for a host of Hollywood celebs, who came out of the holiday weekend with some blockbuster buys and listings. Adam Levine led the pack, listing not one but two homes in sunny SoCal. The “Maroon 5” front man put the Holmby Hills home he bought just four months ago back on the market for $18.9 million. If that wasn’t enough, “The Voice” judge also listed his Beverly Crest home $15.9 million.

Speaking of judges, “America’s Got Talent” mainstay Simon Cowell dropped $25 million for a new Malibu pad on the Pacific Coast Highway. The residence spans 10,000 square feet and included seven bedrooms, a swimming pool and a tennis court. Steven Schaefer and Jay Luchs of Newmark Residential had the oceanfront listing. Cowell also owns a Beverly Hills home that cost him $15.5 million.

Guess guru Paul Marciano, one of the co-founders of the popular denim brand, pulled in a hefty profit from the sale of his Beverly Hills estate. He sold the amenity-laden, 9,150-square-foot property for $18.25 million — nearly $13 million more than he paid for the six-bedroom, six-bath mansion over 20 years ago.

Just down the street, “Fatal Attraction” screenwriter James Dearden appeared in a hurry to unload his Beverly Hills property. The English film scribe is offering to both rent and sell the 5,290-square-foot home above Benedict Canyon, which boasts five bedrooms and six bathrooms. Renters will have to dish out $25,000 per month for the luxury pad, while buyers were shown a price tag of $5.2 million — well below the initial asking price of $6.8 million. Paul Czako of Gussman Czako Estates is repping the property.
