DJ Khaled is walking away from his Mulholland Estates mansion with an extra few million dollars in his pocket.
The music producer, real name Khaled Mohamed Khaled, sold the seven-bedroom Beverly Hills manse in an off-market deal for $12.5 million, according to Dirt. He bought it from English singer and songwriter Robbie Williams in 2016 for $9.9 million. The sizzling post-Covid housing market accounts for some of the $2.6 million difference.
Khaled sold the home to plastic surgeon David Amron and his wife Jessica. The Amrons sold their Beverly Hills Flats mansion earlier this year to musician Freddy Wexler for $13 million.
The mansion Khaled sold is 10,681 square feet, sits on a three-quarters-acre property and was built in 1992. The front door opens to a double-height foyer with a circular staircase. The architecture is outdated, but the interiors have been renovated with modern colors and materials.
The home has seven bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, including a two-bed guest suite. The rear of the home opens to a small yard and the pool area, which includes a rock water feature and ample lounge space.
Mulholland Estates is a gated community and considered one of the most secure in Los Angeles. Over the years numerous celebrities have called the neighborhood home, including Paris Hilton, Vanna White and previously Charlie Sheen, who sold his mansion there early last year at a loss.
