A new mansion nearly bought by Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez in Pacific Palisades has resurfaced on the market after dropping its asking price to $29.9 million, a $4.6 million discount.

The 15,100-square-foot home was relisted after the A-list couple fell out of escrow for the 1-acre estate at 14330 West Sunset Boulevard, according to the Robb Report.

J.Lo and husband Ben Affleck had ditched the deal to buy the $34.5 million mansion in March, opting instead for a $64 million estate down the street, which also tumbled out of escrow.

In June, the blended family with five kids settled on a furnished, 38,000-square-foot estate in Beverly Crest for $60.85 million.

Before the final deal, the showbiz pair had appeared ready to buy the “Hamptons-esque” house on Sunset Boulevard, after a $55 million estate they tried to buy in Bel-Air fell through.

Now the seven-bedroom, 13-bathroom Pacific Palisades home, designed by Ken Ungar, is once again up for grabs.

Brokers Sam Palmer and Blair Chang of The Agency, together with Gary Glass of AKG Christie’s International Real Estate, hold the listing.

Built on spec last year by a group of undisclosed developers, the 15,100-square-foot, bleach-white house with wide eaves and many gables sits on an acre behind tall walls and hedges, surrounded by native sycamores.

A pea gravel motor court, accessed via a brick porte-cochère, is accompanied by a six-car garage.

Inside the all-white mansion, hardwood floors prevail through living and dining rooms lit with ample windows and glass doors. A home library opens onto a covered patio.

The two-story estate has four kitchens, including a gourmet kitchen, service kitchen, outdoor kitchen and a fourth kitchen in a detached guesthouse, which has a living room, dining room and bedroom suite.

The main house has six bedrooms, including a master suite with a sitting room, dual bathrooms, dual closets and a balcony overlooking the backyard. It also contains a movie theater, gym, wine cellar and a “health spa.” Outside, a dark-bottom pool is ringed by a big patio and glade.

Last month, Lopez sold her resort-like Bel-Air retreat for $34 million, or $8.5 million less than its asking price.

The buyers were Taiwanese businessman Walter Wang, CEO of Los Angeles-based JM Eagle, the world’s largest manufacturer of plastic and PVC pipe, and his wife Shirley, CEO of Plastpro, a top fiberglass door manufacturer, who already own two properties a few doors away, according to Robb.

Affleck also let his Pacific Palisades bachelor pad go in October of last year for $28.5 million.

Between them, the couple own an 87-acre Georgia estate now listed for $8.9 million, plus a New York penthouse, a mansion in the Hamptons and a small cottage in Encino.
