The sprawling estate was originally listed for $68 million in March. Hilton and Reum will move into an upscale community that boasts several A-list residents past and present, including Justin Bieber, Adele, Sylvester Stallone, Eddy Murphy, Rod Stewart and Sofia Vergara.

The seller in the current deal is an LLC reportedly tied to Gu Fang, per Robb Report. Her husband is Chinese billionaire Xu Hang, who made his fortune off the co-founding of medical device maker Mindray Medical International and is owner of developer Parkland Group. Forbes estimates Hang’s wealth at $7.9 billion.
