Ritz-Carlton Residences, Miami Beach tops Miami-Dade weekly condo sales 

Top 10 sales ranged from $2.9M to $6.3M

Miami-Dade County’s condo sales surged by over $100 million last week, as the number of condos sold, average sale price and price per square foot also rose.

Brokers closed 210 condo sales totaling $162 million from Feb. 26th to Mar. 4th. The previous week, brokers closed 100 condo sales totaling $61 million.

Last week’s units sold for an average of $772,868, higher than the $607,764 sale average from the previous week. The average price per square foot rose to $536 from $495, according to data from Redfin.

For the top 10 sales, prices ranged from $2.9 million to $6.3 million. 

Ritz-Carlton Residences, Miami Beach unit 621 at 4701 North Meridian Avenue in Miami Beach took the top spot with a $6.3 million closing. The condo sold for $1,843 per square foot after 93 days on the market. Darin Tansey with Douglas Elliman had the listing. Stefania Cambarau, also with Douglas Elliman, represented the buyer.

A condo at the Bath Club at 5959 Collins Avenue in Miami Beach sold for the second-highest amount. Unit 1003 closed at $6.1 million, or $1,676 per square foot after 104 days on the market. Byran Sereny and Bill Hernandez, both with Douglas Elliman, had the listing. Jason Sims and Shane Aronson with Serhant represented the buyer.
