After listing the property a little over a month ago, Kirsten Dunst chopped the price of her Soho apartment to $4.5 million.

Dunst, who is starring in the television series “Fargo,” is seeking to sell her loft at 533 Canal Street for $500,000 under its initial asking price, Mansion Global reported. The actress bought the two-bedroom apartment in 2007 for $3.09 million. She listed the unit in February for $5 million, after renting it out for several years for $12,500 a month. Dunst recently got engaged to her “Fargo” co-star, Jesse Plemons.

The building is known as being somewhat of a star magnet. Casey Affleck and Joaquin Phoenix recently listed their duplex apartment in the building for $3.9 million.
