Katie Couric has found a buyer for her longtime home on the Upper East Side.
The five-bedroom co-op unit, located at 1155 Park Avenue, hit the market last fall, and it last had an asking price of just under $8 million, according to the New York Post. Couric and her husband John Molner bought another home in 2016 at Spruce Capital Partners’ 151 East 78th Street for about $12.2 million.
Alexa Lambert and Marc Achilles of Stribling were the listing brokers for Couric’s Upper East Side pad. Amenities at the building include a library, a butler’s pantry and an eat-in chef’s kitchen. [NYP] – Eddie Small
